Bin Rental Fraser Valley $300 Flat Rate, Any Size

Dev’s Bins & Services provides bin rental throughout the Fraser Valley from our yard in Mission, covering Abbotsford, Chilliwack, Maple Ridge, Langley, Pitt Meadows and the communities in between. Bins run from 8 to 30 yards at a flat $300 rental rate, with disposal billed on actual weight.

Being based in the middle of the valley rather than running out from Vancouver is the practical difference. Our trucks are twenty to forty minutes from most addresses we serve, which is what makes same week swaps and short notice deliveries workable.

Bin rental Fraser Valley pricing

  • Bin rental — $300 flat rate, any size from 8 to 30 yards.
  • Fuel surcharge — $40 per bin.
  • Disposal — $198 per ton, billed on the scale ticket for your load.
  • Vancouver and Richmond addresses carry an additional $80 zoning surcharge. This does not apply anywhere in the Fraser Valley.

Quotes across this industry are hard to compare because companies split those costs differently a low headline rate with disposal billed after, an all in price with a weight cap you will probably exceed, or pricing by bin size so you are guessing before you know your volume. We show all three lines because the disposal number is the one that actually moves, and you should be able to see it.

Where we deliver in the Fraser Valley

Our core service area covers Mission, Abbotsford, Chilliwack, Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows, extending to Langley, Surrey, Delta, the Tri-Cities, North and West Vancouver, Vancouver and Richmond. For city specific pricing, bin sizing and local disposal rules, see our dedicated pages for bin rental in Abbotsford, bin rental in Chilliwack and bin rental in Maple Ridge.

Rural and agricultural properties across the valley Sumas Prairie, Yarrow, Greendale, Silverdale, Dewdney, Deroche, Whonnock are regular work for us. Acreage jobs mainly need a conversation first about driveway access and ground conditions, since a loaded roll-off is heavy enough to sink into soft ground.

Choosing a bin size

  • 8 yard — a bedroom clear out, a single bathroom, a small deck removal.
  • 10 yard — three to five pickup loads. Small renovations, garages, heavy demolition material.
  • 15 yard — six to eight pickup loads. Kitchen renovations, residential roof tear offs, medium cleanouts.
  • 20 yard — up to ten pickup loads. Basement finishing, whole-floor renovations, landscaping jobs.
  • 30 yard — up to fifteen pickup loads. Full house clean outs, barn and acreage work, commercial sites.

The size sets what you can fit; the weight sets what you pay. Household junk, furniture and packaging are light you can fill a 20 yard bin with a garage clean out and still only be around a ton. Shingles, tile, plaster, wet soil and concrete are heavy enough to hit road weight limits well before the bin looks full, which is why we recommend smaller bins for demolition heavy jobs.

Two waste systems, one valley

Something worth knowing if you work across the region: Abbotsford, Chilliwack and Mission fall under the Fraser Valley Regional District’s solid waste system, while Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows are part of Metro Vancouver’s. Different facilities, different accepted material lists, different fees. Chilliwack’s Bailey Sanitary Landfill on Matheson Road and the Maple Ridge Recycling and Waste Centre on 236 Street operate under separate rulebooks.

We manage that on your behalf. It only becomes your problem if you plan to haul part of a job yourself.

Beyond bins

Bin rental is the core of what we do, but we also handle excavation, retaining walls, driveway and walkway paving, artificial grass and turf, hardscaping and landscaping, small equipment transport, and snow removal and salting through the winter. On projects where the demolition, the disposal and the rebuild all need doing, having one crew across the whole sequence saves a lot of coordination.
