Being based in the middle of the valley rather than running out from Vancouver is the practical difference. Our trucks are twenty to forty minutes from most addresses we serve, which is what makes same week swaps and short notice deliveries workable.

Shingles, tile, plaster, wet soil and concrete are heavy enough to hit road weight limits well before the bin looks full, which is why we recommend smaller bins for demolition heavy jobs.

Two waste systems, one valley

Something worth knowing if you work across the region: Abbotsford, Chilliwack and Mission fall under the Fraser Valley Regional District’s solid waste system, while Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows are part of Metro Vancouver’s. Different facilities, different accepted material lists, different fees. Chilliwack’s Bailey Sanitary Landfill on Matheson Road and the Maple Ridge Recycling and Waste Centre on 236 Street operate under separate rulebooks.
